Property protection

Building on a replacement cost basis, including:

   *Fixtures, including outdoor fixtures.
   *Permanently installed machinery, equipment and tanks, including pumps.
   *Your personal property in apartments furnished by you as a landlord.
   *Personal property owned by you used to maintain or service the buildings or premises, including fire extinguishing equipment, outdoor furniture, floor coverings, appliances and outdoor radio or television antennas (including satellite dishes).
   *Additions, alterations and repairs to a building.
   *Automatic increase in the insurance limit.

Business personal property on a replacement cost basic, including:

Furniture, fixtures, machinery, equipment and stock.
   *Personal property of others in your care, custody, or control, valued on an actual cash valued on an actual cash value basis, up to the amount for which you are liable.
   *Tenant improvements and betterments.
   *Leased personal property for which you have a contractual responsibility to insure.
   *Peak reason increase up to 25%.
   *Automatic increase in the insurance limit.
   *Special form causes of loss.
   *No coinsurance provision. An "insurance to value" loss condition applies where, at the time of loss, the value of damaged property must be 80% or more of its full replacement cost value. This condition may be removed for an additional premium.
